Your item must be unused and remain in the exact condition as you purchased  it to be accepted for an exchange. It also has to be in its original packaging.

Refunds are only issued if the merchandise was defective when delivered. Otherwise, it's just an exchange.

IF SUCCESSFUL:

We will send you an email once your return has been received and reviewed to advise you that we have acknowledged your return request. We will also inform you if your request has been approved or rejected.

If you are authorised, your refund shall be processed and a reimbursement will be issued to your credit, debit card or other means of purchase within a specified period of time.

UK Standard: 2-5 working days

UK Next Day Delivery : 1-2 working days 

International Shipping: 3-7 working days (Europe)

International Shipping: 5-12 working days (Worldwide)

What if I enter the wrong address?

You are accountable for your order if submit the wrong shipping address. If you provide the wrong information, please feel free to contact us soon as possible; if your purchase has not yet been dispatched, we will change it. Unfortunately, we are not liable for things that are lost or damaged in transit.

International orders must clear customs. Delays at customs may arise based on volume. If you track your item online and it shows up as being with customs, please be aware that we cannot interfere; nonetheless, the carrier will deliver it as soon as it is released. SEVYNSBRAND  is not responsible for customers' foreign import fees.

This product may have wrinkles, rips, and scratches due to the intrinsic qualities and natural beauty of the material. This leads in peculiarities and individuality for each item. Please take care to extend the product's life.

To maintain the quality of your product, we recommend that you follow these care instructions:

* Machine wash 20 - 30°C

* Do not bleach

* Line Dry

* Cool iron if needed

* Spin to remove excess water after rinsing in clean, cool water.

* To dry, hang on a line or lay flat.



DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. 

Each drop/item is released once.

Once the first drop has happened the item will most likely  not be released again... sorry if you miss out *_*
