 What if I enter the wrong address?

You are accountable for your order if submit the wrong shipping address. If you provide the wrong information, please feel free to contact us soon as possible; if your purchase has not yet been dispatched, we will change it. Unfortunately, we are not liable for things that are lost or damaged in transit.

So what happens next ?

You will receive two confirmation emails:

1). that we acknowledge your purchase aswell as a tracking number given to you.

2). as soon as your order has been shipped, you receive another email containing your Royal Mail tracking number or EVRI tracking information, which you can use for the logistics of your package. ( In the rare occassion of Royal Mail strikes, we will ship your order via a different courier service but rest assured you will receive your item).

This product may have wrinkles, rips, and scratches due to the intrinsic qualities and natural beauty of the material. This leads in peculiarities and individuality for each item. Please take care to extend the product's life.

To maintain the quality of your Sevyn product, we recommend that you follow these care instructions:

* Machine wash cold 20 - 30°C

* Do not bleach

* Line Dry

* Cool iron if needed

* Soak in warm water with a mild detergent designed for cleaning wool.

* Gently massage the water with your hands to eliminate any debris particles. Do not be very agitated.

* Spin to remove excess water after rinsing in clean, cool water.

* To dry, hang on a line or lay flat.

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. 

Hey, we understand that you may not be happy with your items and may wish to return it. However, we are unable to accept refunds however if the item(s) so happens to be defected we have a 5 days policy for this to be settled after the 5 day period is up we unfortunately cannot help you. Here's how we can help...

*Your item must be unused and remain in the exact condition as you purchased  it to be accepted for an exchange. It also has to be in its original packaging.

*Returns are only accepted if the merchandise was defective when delivered. Otherwise, it's just an exchange.

Refunds  (if appropriate)

We will send you a message via email once your return has been received and reviewed to advise you that we have acknowledged your return request. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are authorised, your refund shall be processed and a reimbursement will be issued to your credit, debit card or other means of purchase within a specified period of time.
